Are you currently in individual therapy and looking to expand your knowledge of the effects of trauma in order to more effectively work through your trauma?
Our trauma psychoeducational group provides deep understanding of the complexities of trauma. In this group, you will learn about how trauma affects your body, brain, sense of self, and your relationships. We are currently enrolling for our September 7th group.

WHAT IS PSYCHOEDUCATION?
Psychoeducation is an evidence-based therapeutic intervention for patients and their loved ones that provides information and support to better understand and cope with illness.
PSYCHOEDUCATIONAL GROUP OVERVIEW
Start Date: September 7th
End Date: September 30th
Time: Every Tuesday & Thursday
Duration: Four Weeks
Cost: $90 per session
Group Size: 8-12 people
-Primarily lecture with some open-ended discussion.
-All sessions will be online
-The group will be lead by enCOURAGE Trauma Center
